I am really happy. My life is good. It's 9:50 pm on my birthday (it was a great one) as I write this. My son won the pine wood derby the other night. It was kind of a surprise win to me. Only three of the wheels touched the ground when you put it down because I hadn't put the axles on straight. I am excited about my music project this year. My Name is Justin

My girlfriend Beth is so awesome. Things are kind of ideal, not in some bullshit 'happily ever after' way, but just natural, and easy, and comfortable.

I feel really lucky to have a format to share my creations. I have been very fortunate to have very talented, very generous people in my life to allow for that. I would not be who I am without the people who surround me. I am grateful.

Not that there aren't potholes, not that things don't have room for improvement. But I am just fine with the skin I'm in. And it feels good.
